Project Specifications:
The homes have been designed by the world-leading Northeast Architect, IDP Partnership. Designing the homes utilising local materials with some feature stone detailing in Winstone, quarried in Northumberland, built by local tradesmen to deliver contemporary properties fitting with traditional and historic design. All homes were delivered with a 10-year Checkmate Warranty.
