2026 Freddy Shepherd Cup and The Shepherd Offshore Trophy
On Saturday 1st August, Shepherd Offshore commemorated our late chairman Freddy Shepherd with his annual company golf tournament, known as the Shepherd Offshore Trophy and the Freddy Shepherd Cup. Over 250 guests attended throughout the day, and all proceeds raised went towards Soccer Aid for UNICEFUK, a charity close to Freddy’s heart.

Winning the Shepherd Offshore Trophy Men’s competition was Jamie Hanson, with the Women’s competition winner being Linda Morris. Winning the Freddy Shepherd Cup on the Colt course was Lee Maddison with an excellent 44 points! Winning the Freddy Shepherd Competition on the Filly Course was Tobi Morrison with 42 points.
A special shoutout to a close friend of Freddy, Sir Les Rayner, as his team were the highest scoring team on the colt course for the Freddy Shepherd Cup!
It was a brilliant day full of fun and laugher as we all came together to celebrate and remember Freddy. A huge thank you to Kerry Watson, Shaun Batey and all the team at Close House who helped make it such a special day, as well as Adidas for supporting the event.
