The Bridon-Bekaert Rope Manufacturing Facility project included the construction of a new plant – which included 7,600 sq. m of manufacturing space, 300 sq. m office space, as well as storage and utilities – in a bespoke facility with the capacity to produce up to 700 tonne reels. It has brought around 9000 tonnes of further rope manufacturing capacity and secured over 150 jobs with a further 50 jobs created in the local area.
